Stress. Imagine that.

So yeah, this day didn't turn out to be stellar.

I guess in the grand scheme of things, it could have been worse.

My living room curtains are now hanging up properly, since I had to completely take the rods down and remount the brackets because they had been torn out of the wall by "Not Me" and "He Did It".

The living room is fairly clean, since all of the toys that were in it were taken away because a couple of little boys refused to put them away.

The kitchen floor is shiny and clean after being mopped, due in part to at least 3 cups of Crystal Light being spilled on it during supper.

I have some absolutely delicious leftover pork chops in the fridge, since at least one kid refused to eat his supper.

Athough I didn't get to go to a meeting at church tonight that I've been looking forward to going to for more than 2 weeks, the boys got early baths (courtesy of the girls) and went to bed early (courtesy of their attitudes).

The girls are cleaning their room on their own, probably because they know how close I am to going on a Garbage Bag Rampage if they don't do something about it. Now.

Can you tell I'm trying desperately to look on the bright side of a really crappy day?

Please, just let tomorrow be better. Seriously.

  1. I will hope for you that tomorrow is a better day, as long as you hope the same for me. I've had a couple crappy days, and it doesn't seem like things are going to get much better any time soon. I miss your face. Love you.
